Why I Do This

Building Leaders From the Inside Out

I’ve spent over a decade building leaders, and I’ve seen the same thing over and over again. Leaders with real gaps in emotional intelligence, communication, and self-awareness. Foundational skills they were simply never taught.

Not because they aren’t capable, but because nobody ever intentionally built them as a leader. They were promoted because they were good at their job, trained on the role, and expected to figure out the rest. So they’re doing the best they can with what they have. Operating from their own idea of what a leader should be.

They just need someone to come alongside them and actually invest in who they are as a leader.

If that sounds like your story, that's exactly why I do this.

What I’ve Seen Work

The leaders who have the greatest longevity and impact aren’t just the ones who learned the right skills. They’re the ones who built from the inside out.

They know who they are, so their confidence isn’t borrowed. They own their values, so they aren’t constantly led by the values of others. They intentionally cultivate the culture they want rather than being shaped by whatever forms around them.

I believe in building the whole leader. Not just someone who succeeds at work, but someone who leads well at home, in their community, and in every room they walk into. The best version of themselves. Authentically them, everywhere.

They don’t react. They respond. They don’t let life happen to them. They happen to it.

The Path Matters

The order is non-negotiable.

“You don’t put a roof on dirt.”

My Background

Corporate

I've trained hundreds of leaders — from frontline specialists to operations managers — through structured certification programs and cross-functional trainings. In my corporate career, I served as a regional Leadership Development Specialist across North America, designing leadership programs, facilitating trainings, and coaching on manager readiness.

Ministry

I've also served in church leadership for over ten years, including on my church's Board of Directors since 2020. Building leaders in ministry contexts where authenticity and trust aren't optional.

Methodology

My coaching methodology is built on established psychological research, including Authentic Leadership Theory, Emotional Intelligence research, Psychological Capital, Self-Determination Theory, and Cognitive Behavioral frameworks. The tools are proven. The approach is personal.

Let’s Talk About Where You Are

Every leader’s path is different. A discovery call is a chance to have an honest conversation about what’s working, what isn’t, and whether coaching is the right next step for you.
