Frequently Asked Questions


  • Each session is 60 minutes, held weekly for 12 weeks.

  • All sessions are conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams. In-person sessions may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. If approved, the client is responsible for all additional costs including but not limited to travel, lodging, and meeting space. In-person sessions are never conducted at the coach's residence.

  • Life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. We’ll work together to maintain momentum throughout the 12 weeks.

  • Tompkins Leadership serves both corporate and faith-based leaders. The methodology is grounded in established psychological research and applies to any leadership context. Faith integration is available when invited but is never assumed or imposed.

  • Currently, Tompkins Leadership offers one-on-one coaching. Workshops and group cohorts for teams are coming soon. Contact me to discuss your organization's needs.

  • Most coaching focuses on skills and tactics. My approach starts with identity — the beliefs, patterns, and character that drive everything you do as a leader. I use a proprietary 94-item assessment and structured methodology to ensure coaching is targeted, measurable, and built to last.
