Each session is 60 minutes, held weekly for 12 weeks.

All sessions are conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams. In-person sessions may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. If approved, the client is responsible for all additional costs including but not limited to travel, lodging, and meeting space. In-person sessions are never conducted at the coach's residence.

Life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. We’ll work together to maintain momentum throughout the 12 weeks.

Tompkins Leadership serves both corporate and faith-based leaders. The methodology is grounded in established psychological research and applies to any leadership context. Faith integration is available when invited but is never assumed or imposed.
